All services are billed upfront. The monthly plan includes a base number of AI calling minutes, and you may purchase additional minutes at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are given for unused time (see Refund Policy).
All content, branding, software, and AI logic are owned by Drop The Call LLC and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Drop The Call is not responsible for business outcomes, call results, or missed opportunities. We provide the AI technology — your success depends on how it’s used.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.

Due to the immediate nature of our onboarding process and AI agent setup, all purchases on DropTheCall.com are non-refundable.
Monthly billing for AI calling minutes is recurring. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. No refunds are issued for unused minutes or partial billing periods.
