1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the immediate nature of our onboarding process and AI agent setup, all purchases on DropTheCall.com are non-refundable.

When you sign up, our team and systems begin working on your behalf right away — including script development, agent tuning, account configuration, and more.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund under rare circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental billing errors
  • A setup issue that prevents the AI agent from launching at all

Each request is reviewed individually. Refunds are not guaranteed, but we’re committed to fairness and customer satisfaction.

3. Subscriptions & Renewals

Monthly billing for AI calling minutes is recurring. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us.

No refunds are issued for unused minutes or partial billing periods.

4. How to Request a Review

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please email:

Please include your full name, purchase date, and a brief explanation of your request. We'll respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We're always happy to work with you directly.
